Human Resource Management Grad CertThe Human Resource Management (HRM) Graduate Certificate is designed for current and future HR or business professionals who want the knowledge and skills to leverage the human capital in an organization. Students learn to look at topics such as staffing, performance, regulations, compensation, organizational behavior, and diversity.

Coursework first prepares students to look at organizations from a system-wide perspective and apply strategic thinking and critical analysis. Then students are provided the opportunity to apply their learning to authentic environments such as their current job or their community.

MBA/HRM Advisory Council
This dynamic program is enhanced by the guidance of an impressive industry advisory council with Senior HR professionals from U.S. Cellular, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Entelechy Inc, the United States General Services Administration, GOAL/QPC, Aegis Consulting and Solutions, as well as other employment law and training industry leaders. The purpose of the council is to support the continuous improvement of the program and to share their knowledge and experience with Franklin Pierce University students.
