Andrea is an attorney for the Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson law firm located in
Manchester, NH. As a risk management attorney, Andrea has worked successfully with
manufacturers, insurance companies, high tech companies, non-profits, construction
businesses, churches, schools, medical professional groups, and service businesses
of all sizes.
Andrea provides advice on risk management issues in the workplace. This includes both day-to-day personnel decisions as well as high level policy-making decisions, such as developing employee handbooks, employment agreements, non-competition/non-disclosure agreements, and other organizational protocols. Andrea has successfully represented employers of all types and sizes before administrative agencies in discrimination and wage disputes, including claims under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and parallel state laws.
Andrea also serves as an outside investigator for employers who need to respond to highly sensitive internal complaints of discrimination and harassment. Andrea rounds out her practice by developing and conducting in-house trainings for businesses and other employers in such matters as preventing workplace harassment, and how to manage within the law.
Andrea holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.S., summa cum laude, from Suffolk University. She is licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She is a member of the Labor & Employment Section of the New Hampshire Bar, Society of Human Resources Management and the Manchester Area Human Resources Association. She has served as a leader in many community organizations, including the YWCA of Manchester (including serving as Board President) and Child Health Services of Manchester
Barbara is a Senior IT/Human Resource professional with 20 plus years of experience.
She has held various positions in Information Technology during her tenure with Liberty
Mutual, including technical roles in the Business Intelligence/Decision Support areas,
Project Manager, and Manager. She spent several years as the Program Manager for the
Technical Development Program, a multi-year rotational IT leadership development program. She is currently responsible for analytical applications in the IT and HR space within
an enterprise technology group. She also serves on the Advisory Committee for the Engineering/Computer track of the
Seacoast School of Technology in Exeter, NH.
Barbara has completed her Master’s Certificate in IT Project Management and Advanced Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine, Orono, Maine.
Kathi is the HR Director for Rugby that currently has 370 employees across the nation.
Rugby is a leading distribution of architectural wood products, decorative surfacing
and doors. They have 20 unique branches across the country. Previously she worked
for Great NH Restaurants, LLC. They are the parent company for Cactus Jack’s, T-BONES,
Cactus Jack’s, and Copper Door. Kathi brings over 20 years of experience of building
relationships with people remotely and unifying them as one. She is hands on and prefers
to support any organization from the ground up. Knowing and understand who the human
capital is and understanding what they do. She plays an integral part of the growth
of both Rugby and Great NH Restaurants.
A graduate of White Pines College, a Certificate in Business Management from NHTI, Associates in Business from NHTI, along with her Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification from HRCI has provides Kathi the business knowledge needed to be successful in HR. She is currently enrolled at SNHU for her bachelor’s in Business Studies with a concentration in Human Resources.
Dan is a Corporate Director of Human Resources with 20+ years of experience. Currently,
he is working for The PMT Group, a manufacturing organization with facilities in New
Hampshire, New York, and Connecticut. Dan also served as a Membership Advisory Council
member for the Northeast Region representing eleven states for the Society of Human
Resource Management (SHRM). He is founder and former president of the Greater Merrimack
Valley Human Resource Association and served as past State Council Director for the
SHRM NH State Council. Dan has received recognition from his SHRM chapter having an
award named in his honor, entitled the Daniel W. Griffiths Leadership Award, which
is given out each year to an HR professional who exemplifies the HR profession.
Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management and Leadership from Franklin Pierce University as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Specialization in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Professional (PHR) in HR Management. Dan is an Adjunct Instructor at Franklin Pierce University.
Janet is currently a HR Director of Strategic Partnerships and Associate Relations
for the US Cellular Corporation with close to 20 years of experience in the Human
Resource field, holding several positions in Training/Development and Associate Relations.
She has worked in a variety of industries such as education, the public sector, healthcare,
finance, hospitality, and most recently in wireless communications. She has experience
working in national and international markets. Janet has also been on the adjunct
faculty staff for Tusculum College and Walter State Community College.
Janet received her B.S. degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Minnesota. She has an M.S. in Business (Organizational Behavior and Human Resources) from Georgia State University.
Terence is the President and CEO of Entelechy, Inc., a training design and development company based in New Hampshire. Entelechy is celebrating its 22nd year creating customized performance solutions for companies throughout the world. Entelechy’s customizable modules have formed the basis for many successful training programs. At Entelechy, Terry is responsible for overall program design, development, and quality assurance. Terry brings over 27 years of training and management experience to Entelechy and has worked with many of today’s management thought leaders including Warren Bennis, John Kotter, Rosabeth Moss Kanter, Tom Peters, Henry Mintzberg, Marshall Goldsmith, and Jack Welch
Before joining Entelechy, he worked for nine years at Digital Equipment Corporation and Wang Laboratories as sales training designer and manager. He also instructed for Boston University throughout Europe.
Terry holds a B.S. in Education from St. Cloud (Minnesota) University and a M.S. in Human Services Administration from Boston University. He has completed all coursework for his Ed.D. in Human Resource Education from Boston University.
