Bachelor of Science
The Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration degree combines a solid liberal arts education with specialized preparation for careers in the healthcare industry. Students learn to develop critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills, as well as build a strong knowledge in healthcare quality and financial management, information systems, law and ethics, medical terminology, and business management.
Graduates possess the knowledge and ability to assume management positions in a variety of healthcare industry organizations: medical, mental health and long-term care facilities, government and public health agencies, human services organizations, insurance and healthcare management companies.
