Department of Health Services
- Health Forms

These forms have been mailed to all deposited students, and can be accessed through the link above. Please complete and return to the Department of Health Services by August 1 for fall 2013 enrollment (or January 5 for spring 2014 enrollment).
Don’t forget to schedule a physical exam with your health care provider soon! Your health care provider needs to fill out some of the health forms, so be sure to leave ample time for your appointment and form completion prior to August 1.
Residential Life
For students living on campus:
- New Student Housing Preference Questionnaire
Due by July 15 for fall enrollment, Dec. 15 for spring enrollment.
- New Student Questionnaire
Due by July 15 for fall enrollment, Dec. 15 for spring enrollment.
- Housing Contract
Please complete the online housing contract and submit to the Department of Residential Life.
Due by July 15 for fall enrollment, Dec. 15 for spring enrollment.
- Roommate Assignments will be mailed to you (early August for fall enrollment and early January for spring enrollment). Your roommate assignment will include his or her telephone number and e-mail address so you can begin communicating with him or her.
- Microfridge rental information will be mailed to you in July.
- Residence Hall Linens: The Franklin Pierce International English Honor Society (Sigma Tau Delta) has partnered with Residence Hall Linens to offer a convenient and affordable way to purchase extra-long sheets, towels, and more. Proceeds go to the Franklin Pierce Sigma Tau Delta chapter.
For students living off campus:
Fall Semester Course Registration
Course selection and registration began on April 20! Classes fill quickly... for the best selection, we suggest you complete the course selection process as soon as possible.
Materials were mailed to all deposited students; however, you can also access all the necessary information and forms at the links below.
Franklin Pierce is hosting on-campus Course Advising Days on May 11 and May 20 and offers phone advising Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.. To schedule an on-campus or phone advising appointment, please call 1-800-437-0048.
If you choose to select your courses using the forms sent to you via mail (without personal advising) or forms printed from the links above, we ask you to please complete and return the New Student Registration Form, Academic Advising Information Sheet, and Academic Support Information Form to:
