Franklin Pierce University has a vital interest in the character development of its students, and therefore encourages their responsible participation in community life on campus and beyond. The Judicial Affairs function of the University is responsible for communicating and administering the Student Code of Conduct. This Code is designed to provide a safe and respectful campus environment by outlining expectations of behavior,consequences for violations, and the process by which student cases are handled. Students are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the content in the Student Handbook, including the Student Code of Conduct.
