The shared learning experience is central to Franklin Pierce’s educational mission and identity. Interaction and the sharing of ideas between all members of the campus community is a core tenet of the University experience.
The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged the entire academic community to re-think how these experiences are delivered, but it does not change our devotion to these core principles of our mission.
For the fall of 2020, Franklin Pierce classes will be provided in a way which maintains flexibility while still providing for meaningful interactions, on both the student-faculty and student-student level. Classes will take a hybrid approach, where elements of the class which can be provided digitally will be delivered through Canvas, in addition to the University’s return to in-person instruction..
