PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

As the HR Manager for Timken’s largest & flagship bearing plant in the U.S., I am responsible for 650+ team members by driving operational and strategic HR and organizational development activities. Including, performance and talent management of the workforce, conducting strategic workforce planning and bench strength development, implementing an HR strategy that aligns with the business and market needs, managing all WC/FMLA/STD/ADA cases, ensuring compliance to Environmental, Health and Safety industry standards, strategic reporting administration and managing the facility’s learning and development HRIS platform.
