My primary areas of expertise include PA clinical education, student development, orthopedics, and neurosurgery. As Director of Clinical Education, I am particularly focused on developing meaningful clinical experiences, supporting student growth, and preparing PA students for a successful transition into clinical practice. I continue to practice clinically in neurosurgery, allowing me to remain actively engaged in patient care and bring current clinical experiences, perspectives, and evidence-based practices into my teaching and mentorship. My clinical and academic interests include clinical reasoning, professional development, and the integration of classroom knowledge into patient-centered care.
