Employee Policies

Franklin Pierce employees should take all measures necessary to limit unnecessary face-to-face interactions with other individuals on campus.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to provide their own personal facemask or masks for regular use and to follow recommended measures for disposal or cleaning of masks.

Departments and employees should review processes to reduce the need for physical transfer of documents or forms through integration of technology.

Each office should develop a system to record and maintain a record of who may have been in the space at a given time and day, to facilitate contact tracing should a community member become infected.

Any office or manager that works with a vendor who comes to campus in any capacity is required to relay our campus policy related to use of PPE’s and campus visits.

Non-compliance may result in additional performance-related review with Human Resources.
