Everyone is required to wear personal face coverings (masks) in classrooms and should wear them in public spaces or anywhere they are not able to practice appropriate physical distancing. Keep your mask with you at all times so you are ready to use it when it’s necessary.
All students, faculty and staff who report COVID-19 symptoms or who are exposed to the virus must follow the testing, contact tracing and quarantine protocols established by Franklin Pierce University, the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, and the Arizona Department of Health Services.
If you have a medical emergency, call (603) 899-5555.
If you experience COVID-19 Symptoms and begin to feel ill, refrain from direct contact with others until you consult a healthcare provider. Students who are not on campus should consult their healthcare provider or local hospital for directions if they begin to experience symptoms of COVID-19.
Diagnostic testing, both for antibodies (when available) and active COVID-19 infection will be offered through Student Health Services.
In the event of a positive diagnosis of COVID-19, the University will alert the family and facilitate the student’s safe return home, in accordance with the plan of action submitted by the student upon move-in. Spaces will be set aside for quarantine for those not able to return home.
Further details about fall semester health services protocols will be announced soon.
