The Masters in Educational Leadership program prepares educators with skills that provide the background to lead in a broad range of educational settings.

Through a common core curriculum, elective courses and fully implemented action research projects, education professionals can design an educational plan that meets their individualized professional goals.

Combine online learning with part or full-time study, and four academic terms per year, to create a flexible and personalized schedule.


Program Requirements

After completing core courses, students will select from an array of electives to build expertise in a content area that supports the individualized action research project. The Masters in Educational Leadership with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction prepares educators for work as a curriculum leader. This degree program is comprised of 36 credits and has 7 required courses and 6 electives.
