Donna Decker

Black Anthem Presentations
Friday, November 4
Petrocelli Room 108 1 PM

Dance Professor Decker’s Slavery Literature students have studied literature of African-American experiences throughout American history, specifically the works of enslaved or formerly enslaved human beings. While the institution of slavery was not the beginning of Black history in the America’s, or even on the world stage, it most certainly was the primary contributor to the way in which our nation considers issues of equity.

You are invited to participate in this deeply moving presentation! No need to RSVP, just show up – it’s FREE and in support of our student learning.
