Scott Ansevin-Allen began working at the university in 1997. In his role as Assistant Dean he advises the Student Government Association Executive Board and Class Officers, administers the Departments of Student Involvement, coordinates New Student Orientation, chairs Student Affairs Leadership, oversees the operation of the Campus Center Information Desk, manages Senior Sendoff activities, leads the annual Alternative Spring Break trip, co-administrator for the Community Service and leads and serves on various University Committees.

Derek Scalia '05 began working at the university in 2008. In his role as Director he leads retention efforts at the University, supervises the Peer Leader Program, assists with the implementation of Orientation/Welcome Week ,directs the ALANA (African American, Latino, Asian & Native American) Diversity and Inclusion Program, co-administrator for the Community Service and leads and serves on various University Committees.

Alicia Berry advises the Pierce Activities Council (PAC), oversees all SGA recognized clubs, coordinates event marketing/social media, supervises the Spirit Leader Program, co-administers the Community Service Program, and serves on the Leadership and Technology Committee at the University.
