Presentation Title: "Forks in the Road: How does our government create opportunity and prosperity for all?"

Abstract:

This panel discussion will present evidence-based assessments of federal policies and patterns across several domains that affect everyday lives. What are the implications of recent federal actions for our local, national and global communities, and what opportunities are presented for positive change? Topics that will be covered include science and healthcare, climate change, justice, national security and international relations. Faculty and students from several different disciplines will speak on these topics, and there will be an interactive discussion with the audience.
