Franklin Pierce University introduces Preserve, Prepare, Propel: The Campaign for Franklin Pierce University, an ambitious but achievable $10 million fundraising initiative designed to retain our foundational strengths, develop specific capabilities, and propel Pierce and our students forward with the competencies and qualities needed to succeed.
This Campaign will support essential campus facilities improvements, enhance academic and experiential learning programs in Rindge and at the graduate Academic Centers, expand student scholarships, and grow our endowment.
Investments made to the Campaign will be key in creating an empowered, forward-looking University.

FOCUS AREA 1 - REVITALIZING THE RINDGE CAMPUS: Improving the Physical Environment for our Community - $4 million investment
As part of Preserve, Prepare, Propel, Pierce is committed to revitalizing our Rindge flagship campus to create a functionally improved and more modern learning, living, and competing environment that supports student success. A $4 million investment will transform specific areas of campus, such as dormitories and other facilities, construction of locker rooms for field sports and more, ensuring that our facilities reflect the high standards of academic, athletic, and community life we aim for at Franklin Pierce.
FOCUS AREA 2 - EMPOWERING FUTURES: Advancing Career Readiness and Expanding Educational Pathways - $3 million investment
Through Preserve, Prepare, Propel, the University will dedicate $3 million to career and employment readiness, centered on Career Paths@Pierce, which will prepare students for employment, and lead to meaningful internships. The Campaign also expands academic pathways, offering transitions from undergraduate to graduate programs in-person and online, while enhancing the facilities and program components in allied health at our Academic Centers in Texas, Arizona, and New Hampshire.
FOCUS AREA 3 - IMPROVING ACCESS: Ensuring Experiences and Success through Student Scholarships - $2 million investment
As part of Preserve, Prepare, Propel, FPU will generate $2 million for student scholarships, reinforcing our commitment to accessibility, diversity, and student outcomes. These scholarship funds will allow an affordable, high-quality education for all students, making it possible for more individuals to benefit from Franklin Pierce. This investment in scholarships not only supports current students but also enhances the University’s ability to attract and enroll a broader range of talented individuals who bring unique perspectives and experiences to our community.
FOCUS AREA 4 - SECURING OUR FUTURE: Building a Stronger Endowment for Lasting Stability - $1 million investment
With Preserve, Prepare, Propel, Franklin Pierce is investing $1 million to strengthen its endowment investments, enabling long-term sustainability and resilience. A stronger endowment provides a more reliable revenue source that supports essential operations, allowing the University to navigate financial challenges with confidence and plan with greater confidence for the future.
