NHPBS’ newest digital online series The State We’re In received a New Hampshire Association of Broadcasters (NHAB) Granite Mikes Digital Media merit award. “I am proud of Franklin Pierce University’s involvement with NHPBS and The State We’re In,” said the show’s director, Kristen D. Nevious, who is also the director the University’s Marlin Fitzwater Center for Communication. “By offering our students opportunities to work on award-winning programing such as this we are giving them invaluable real-world experience while making significant contributions to the state’s journalism ecosystem.”
