Franklin Pierce One of Top Women-Led Nonprofits in NH

Franklin Pierce University and President Kim Mooney ’83 were named to Business NH Magazine’s list of Top Women-Led Businesses and Nonprofits for 2018. The October issue of the monthly business publication profiles President Mooney, noting her decades-long connection to the University as an alumna, Trustee, Provost and first female president. Franklin Pierce University ranks #5 on the list of Top Women-Led Nonprofits in the state, recognizing the mission and economic impact of the University in the state.
Franklin Pierce University expects to double its endowment over the period from 2016 to 2019.
Mooney observes, “The work of the president is making sure the institution is strong and sound. We keep coming out each year with operational surpluses while still investing in the student experience.”
