Family Day & Homecoming 2018
Sep 26, 2018

The Rindge campus bounced with families, friends and alumni over the weekend under a bright blue sky. Alumni and family members traveled near and far to visit campus for the first time or to return to Rindge.
President Kim Mooney welcomed families and friends to campus in the morning and was recognized with the Alumni Board mid-day.
Throughout the day families, alumni and students toured the newly upgraded Marlin Fitzwater Center for Communications TV studio, and the Historic Town at Rindge Center.
One of the day’s highlights was the homecoming football kickoff as the Ravens hosted Post University. The Ravens had a victorious 28-14 win. The stands were packed as the crowd cheered the team to victory. During the game, the dance team and cheer squad performed during half-time.
In the academic triangle fall activities went on throughout the day. Pumpkin bowling and painting, raven mini golf, and a photo booth were available to visitors.
“The FPU Community is excited to have such a successful Family Day and Homecoming,” said Jim Earle, Vice President of Student Affairs. “We welcomed over 600 people to campus on a beautiful, high energetic day. We are already looking forward to planning the event for next year.”
