Information for Transcript Requests
The Office of the Registrar manages all student academic records, including transcripts, for all campuses of Franklin Pierce University. Transcript requests are made online via the National Student Clearinghouse. For past students, you may also reorder your diploma, or learn how to have your degree verified. You may also visit the Registrar's Office page for more information.
Transcript requests generally require up to 5-7 business days for processing. Please be advised that transcript orders are processed during normal business hours. View the university calendar.
Franklin Pierce University currently offers the following delivery options for official transcripts:
- Electronic PDF
- Standard first class mail via the US Postal Service
- There is a $10.75 fee for each transcript.
- If ordering an electronic PDF transcript, there is a $1.75 processing fee.
Electronic PDF transcripts are available to students who attended 1995 and later. If your order is cannot be completed as an electronic PDF transcript, you will be contacted for a mailing address and the $1.75 processing fee will be removed from your order.
You will need to be financially clear with the University in order to have transcripts released.
You may attach a pdf document to be delivered with your official transcript. Some examples of a valid document include: scholarship applications, CAPTE and LSAT forms, etc. The University assumes no responsibility for the readability of the document.
