Presentation Title: "Transitions from Infancy to Middle Childhood"
Abstract:
The developmental transition from infancy to adolescence is explored through psychological research, theory implementation, and application. With an emphasis on social/emotional, physical and cognitive development, human growth and development through adolescence I studied from a psychological perspective. It is important to grow an infant’s social and emotional health through responsivity and a positive family structure, without neglecting their needs and constant screen time. In early childhood, a child begins to physically develop fine or gross motor skills when visiting the playground. Cognitive thinking and learning are further developed as a child progresses as a student in middle childhood, with various methods and programs to implement a positive learning environment.
