Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) of 2021

On January 14, 2021, the United States Department of Education announced additional monies available to Franklin Pierce University under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) of 2021 in order to distribute to students as part of relief for expenses incurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Franklin Pierce University Awarding Criteria

1. Student must be enrolled in the following terms at the time of census:

   1. Rindge Spring 2021

   2. Graduate Term 2

   3. UG Term 3

2. Students must have a valid 2020-21 FAFSA on file that demonstrates eligibility for Title IV financial aid

3. All Pell eligible students will receive awards that are at the maximum funding level

4. All subsequent awards will be a calculated percentage of the maximum

5. All block grants will be awarded to students in the form of refunds, regardless of account balances; Franklin Pierce will not seek additional paperwork for students to retain such funding on their student accounts for balances owed.

6. All students will receive a communication that urges them to use this funding toward pandemic expenses, up to and including reducing indebtedness.

UG T3:

$556 is maximum for 4 terms of enrollment Transportation and Personal/Misc as outlined in Rindge COA
