Activate Franklin Pierce E-Mail Account
You should have received an email to the email address listed on your application to FPU. This email contains your FPU username, email address, and a link to set up your password. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder, and then call the Admissions Office at (800) 437-0048, or your personal admissions counselor. Once you have this information, activate your account with the instructions below:
- Go to mail.office365.com
- Enter your FPU e-mail
- Enter your password
*Throughout the registration process you will need your username and password, so make
sure you keep it in a safe place. Please pay attention to all e-mails and mailings
– they are important!*

- Franklin Pierce University welcomes enrolled high school seniors (and families) to spend time on campus exploring their next steps into Raven Nation. As a deposited student, you can meet with an Academic Advisor to select your Fall Semester Courses!
- This will be the first opportunity for new FPU students to select their fall semester course schedule. Online course registration appointments will become available AFTER April 27

Student Transition and Experience Program (STEP) day is the perfect opportunity to prepare for college and connect with other Ravens.

Parents and guardians, you’re invited, and we have programming just for you! Learn about student support, technology needs and more. Socialize in special parent-only sessions. Join us for a fun day and get all your questions answered too!
STEP Day, or the Student Transition Experience Program, is designed for accepted Rindge students who have placed their $400 Enrollment Deposit. This day is filled with presentations, events, and activities for incoming students and their families to help provide an exciting and carefree transition to life at Franklin Pierce University.
Financial Aid Must Do's
- Review and Accept Financial Aid(Students can now Accept Financial Aid Offers and will be due May 15)
- Review Billing Statement & Finalize Payment Arrangements(Bills will go out May 1 and are due June 1)
- Complete Required Financial Aid Documents (Due May 1)
- Federal Loan Documents
- Enroll in Direct Deposit Refund (required for all students)
- Were you selected for Verification?
- Schedule Physical Health Exam with your healthcare practitioner
Request Transcripts and AP Scores
Transfer students, and high school seniors who took AP courses, or dual enrolled classes, you are eligible for college credit! However, we must receive official transcripts or scores in order to apply the credit to your Franklin Pierce University institutional records. You MUST request these official transcripts/scores be submitted to us.
IF POSSIBLE – Request your OFFICIAL Transcripts PRIOR to your Course Registration Advising Appointment
College Transfers OR Dual Enrolled High School Students:
- ONCE your college level course is finished, and grades are posted, visit the registrar's website for the college or university where you took this course
- Request an official copy of your transcript to be submitted to Franklin Pierce University
- Email mossj@franklinpierce.edu should you have any questions about this process, or to inquire if we’ve received your transcripts
- College transcripts can take 3-5 business days to process from your initial request to the time the institution’s registrar sends them to us. It can take an additional 48 hours for them to be processed within our system
AP Scores
- Log in to your College Board online account
- Request your scores be submitted to Franklin Pierce University
- Click for more information.
Schedule Physical Health Exam
- Contact your Primary Care Provider to schedule your annual exam
- Health Forms are Due July 11th

Complete Health Forms
Health forms will be available in May and will be DUE Friday, July 11.
For the Fall of 2025, health forms will be available to submit completely online. Information on how to complete and submit your health forms is forthcoming. Should you have any questions, please reach out to your Admissions Counselor or admissions@franklinpierce.edu.
If forms are not received, students will not be eligible for:
- Participation in Move-In or Orientation activities
- Keys for housing
- Face to face classes
- Participation in Athletics scheduled activities
Complete New Student Questionnaire
New students will be required to complete a New Student Questionnaire (NSQ). This questionnaire will assist the Residential Life staff in your housing and roommate placement.
The housing timeline is as follows:
- Housing forms are not yet available.
- New students should submit their New Student Questionnaire ASAP
- Residential Life will begin working on roommate matching and housing placements as questionaires are received.

Off Campus Housing Petition
Franklin Pierce is a residential university committed to education both inside and outside the classroom. As such, we believe that living in university housing is a valuable component of the total educational and developmental experience of being a student. Because of these institutional commitments, a student is required to reside on-campus unless they submit a petition and are approved to live off campus.
Complete FERPA Form (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)
Please review the Student Record and Disclosure Information and Policies
- Students must complete and sign the Student Information Release Form.
- This form is available on Campus Web. Once logged in click the Student tab and click the FERPA Student Information Release Form.

Move-In Day and the first day of Orientation is Saturday, August 23. More details to come!
Order Your Textbooks
You will need your course schedule with you to complete this task.
Steps to Order Your Textbooks
- Go to the Bookstore Website
- Click Textbooks at the top of the page
- Select the Term, which will be Rindge Fall 25-26
- Division is UNDERGRAD. Moving to the right, select Dept, Course # and Section #. All are found on your schedule. Once you've entered your courses click on 'FIND MATERIALS'.
- Once you've selected the books you need, you can proceed to check-out and select method of payment.
Orders can be shipped home or picked up in store.
